3rd Annual WWII Pioneer Village Event and USO Dance.

This is a WW2 event hosted by 1st Allied Airborne and the Ozaukee County Historical Society.

Look for several of the MVMEC’s vehicles there.

MVM’s 1st Annual Golf Scramble

Oshkosh Country Club – 1pm-7pm
This will be a four-person scramble with prizes for longest drive, closest to the hole, longest putt, and shortest drive. 

Hearty hors d’oeurvers and drinks will be served.

$100.00 per person.

Neenah/Menasha Memorial Day Parade

Look for some of our many military vehicles in the parade.

The annual Memorial Day Procession gives us the great opportunity to honor those who have served our country. The 2017 Procession for Memorial Day will begin at 9 a.m. at Oshkosh City Hall and march down to Riverside Cemetery. This route has been followed by area veterans dating back all the way to 1868. The Procession will culminate with the Interment of an Unclaimed World War I Veteran. Services will be held at the cemetery.

Old Glory Honor Flight Fundraiser

Join the Military Veterans Museum and Education Center at the Old Glory Honor Flight Program Fundraiser. The event will be held Wednesday, May 31st from 11 AM – 7 PM. The event will be held at the World War II Memorial Building, 440 W Main St., Wautoma, WI.

The Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization that provides transportation for our heroes to Washington D.C. to visit their memorials. For more information about this amazing program, please visit https://www.honorflight.org.

29th Annual MASH Blood Drive

The Military Veterans Museum and Education Center will once again be at the Appleton MASH Blood Drive. Come look at our vehicles, donate blood, and help save a life. The blood drive will be at the Houdini Plaza in Appleton from 6 AM – 6 PM.

Take Me Home Huey

EAA
Steve Maloney’s mixed-media sculpture, Take Me Home Huey, is composed of a transformed boneyard U.S. Army Huey helicopter that served as an air ambulance during the Vietnam War. The historic helicopter was shot down in 1969 during a medical rescue in Vietnam.
